Salary & Benefits

$16.00–$19.00/hour, based on experience.

Tuesday–Friday: 2–10:30pm

Saturday: 10:30am–7pm

Job Requirements

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in our buildings and fitness facilities.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal upkeep.
• Handle minor repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Set up rooms for events and programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Previous custodial experience and basic maintenance skills (preferred).
• A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
• Must be 18+ with a valid Illinois driver’s license.
